Comment on the static page

is there a way to comment on the static pages? how can it be implemented?

I think NoWhereMan has written something about this problem. However you can use my redirect plugin. It's not a real static page but urls are similiar.

I'm not sure, but a 3rd party commenting system might work.

Of course, there are two methods to include it. You can add it on the template I think or you should make a plugin that add a comment system code for example with the_content filter.
