How do I adjust the blog width? I am trying to figure how to make it not so wide and a fixed width?

I edited header.tpl to display my logo and it works great and static pages display it without an issue, but the categories when you click on them, do not show at the top the logo, but instead just text that says "Site logo". Any ideas?

How do i replace site title with a logo?
