Re: after upgrade to fp1.4 admin password failure

Hello everyone,

There is no explicit character restriction in the setup for the password assignment, except that it must be at least 6 characters long. However, you should avoid spaces.

Stippi, can you please post an example of a password that is far too complicated?

Re: after upgrade to fp1.4 admin password failure

I had the same issue and it turned out my PW was way too complicated. I used a 'simple' one could log in and changed the 'simple' one back to the 'comlex' one in the admin dash board.

after update to FP 1.4 the editor does not work properly

Hi FP-Team,

I just updated from 1.3 to 1.4 and seems it works so far, but with one exception. The editor for new entries does not work as expected when inserting one of the symbols from the top bar or formatting text to url, h2, h3, h4, etc. won't change anything. How can I fix this issue? I use ...

Re: Plugin Google Webfonts

Hi fraenkiman,

thank you for your great work. One question has been left open (at least to me): In which .CSS-file I have to insert the fonts? :?:

Thanks for any advise.

UPDATE:

I figured it out... at least for me. You must use https:// not just http:// to log in. Once I made sure I was using the secured connection, I could log in just fine.
Hi everyone,

virtualsky is absolute right. I activated secure HTTP and went on with success. Thank you!

Re: Need help testing: Smarty update

Hi Arvid,

as I'm very much interested in PHP 8.1 compatibility and curious about the progress I tried to get the things running, but failed in a way. Whenever I try login in to the admin area, I cannot get in. It jumps back to an empty login mask after inserting the credentials and hitting ENTER ...

Re: PHP 8.1.0 with some issues

The current recommended PHP version at most providers is PHP 8.0 and is supported until 26 November 2023. Flatpress 1.2.1 runs stable under PHP 8.0 :)

Es sollte möglich sein, dein Webspace/Hosting Paket zurück auf PHP 8.0 zu stellen, damit stehen dir zwei weitere Jahre mit Flatpress ohne PHP ...
