I find it hard to answer this question. You should ask the web hostig provider the cPanel is running on, or directly at Softaculous.

Mastodon is a network of distributed servers ("instances"), you can chose any of them. FlatPress resides on the Fosstodon instance, which is invite-only currently. I sent you an invitation link via email

just so everybody knows: This is a default behaviour of the Comment Center plugin. You may simply remove this policy under Entries -> Comment Center -> Manage the policies.
