I checked, but I can't reproduce Luca's error message "Call to undefined function load_lang()". But I can't find the definition of load_lang() itself, either :shock:

Is this a fresh 1.3.1 install you have there, or an updated older version? (If so, did you purge the template caches via Admin -> Maintain -> Purge theme and templates cache ?)
