Is this a fresh 1.3.1 install you have there, or an updated older version? (If so, did you purge the template caches via Admin -> Maintain -> Purge theme and templates cache ?)

I have the same problem, my website has a blank page after update from 1.2 to 1.31

Okay, this is interesting - maybe wrong transfer mode (ASCII/binary)? Nevertheless, glad it works now!

We've just released the bugfix release FlatPress 1.3.1 .
In case you experienced problems running FlatPress 1.3 "Andante" on HTTP-only servers or behind reverse proxies / load balancers, you may want to update.
We also offer an update package from FlatPress 1.2 / 1.2.1.

Here's the latest news on that issue: I put it all together in the issue371_httphttps branch.
Can you please perform a final test with the latest version of that branch? If all works fine, this will be released as FlatPress 1.3.1.

Hi, the theme breaks because of the {php} tags in header.tpl and comments-default.tpl. This is not supported in Smarty 4 any more (see change log).
So the logic there needs to be reworked completely.
