Re: What does everyone hope to see in the next version?

Both sound like great ideas.
Likewise, anything additional is welcome.

What does everyone hope to see in the next version?

The last release was nearly a year and a half ago, so I'm sure many people are excited for the next one...

But, I have to ask, what are everyone's hopes and expectations for the next version of the project?

I just feel it would be interesting to hear!

I created a how-to page on the wiki for this.
Just to note, Panther didn't alter the approach by using FontAwesome icons, I did.

Re: Footer

If you write something in the form of the control panel, for exemple "So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish" this text is attached to the wp_footer hook, so if you are stiling a nice big footer it's not the best scenario, all scripts should run just before the </body> to prevents render bl...

Re: Sharing buttons

To add on from my previous post, because I am using "Font Awesome" on my Flatpress, I decided to use their icons for the above code, and the result was the following: https://i.imgur.com/Px8wOiq.png I feel this is the works the best for me in this situation over using images, as everything...

Re: Videos from Facebook or YouTube

I keep my audio files (and even image files) in a seperate part of my server to the Flatpress install itself, so being able to link to any file is a need for me. Ah, I see. Then you will need to use a custom solution, since the plugin isn't allowed to "break out" of the fp-content folder....

Re: Videos from Facebook or YouTube

"attachs" is indeed the folder files uploaded in the admin area are stored in. Do you upload them manually instead? (The path to uploaded files in BBCode tags always starts at your fp-content folder, e.g. in the img tag: [img=images/bla.jpg] "images" is a subfolder of fp-content...

Re: Sharing buttons

I agree that with the above code no plugin would be welcome, and I also think it would be useful to have on the Wiki. Perhaps Panther could share the images they are using in a zip or rar that could be rehosted and included with the wiki article? Just feel it could be useful instead of people having...

Yeah, I had to go searching for it myself to find a solution to constant smarty errors at any kind of code that Smarty doesn't recognise. I think I looked through the actual Smarty documentation to find that out.
