Re: CKEditor 4 Plugin
Hello Eagleman, I was aware of the EOL, so I included it in the wiki article. Theoretically it would be possible to switch to CKEditor 5. The license model has changed with CKEditor 5. It feels like half of the available, interesting plug-ins are "premium plug-ins" and therefore subject to...

CKEditor 4 Plugin
Hello everyone, I took Franah's CKEditor-plugin as an opportunity to create a "non CDN" version. However, this is also no lightweight and weighs 12MiB. The advantage is that this CKEditor 4 is open source and the source files are on your own web server. You can find all the details as usua...

Re: FlatPress 1.3: Beta 1 released, please help testing
Hello Wolfram,
great that scaling images now works. I'll take a look at the GreyMatter theme in the course of the coming week. If there's anything new, I'll post it in the Theme support topic.
Best regards and have a good start into the new week

Re: Error after purge
Hello Kierownik, I can reproduce the problem with FlatPress 1.3 beta1 ( Commit 1250 ) under PHP 8.1.27. The trigger seems to be the tag plugin and if you enable the Smarty Debug Console . Deprecated: Using php-function "addslashes" as a modifier is deprecated and will be removed in a futur...

Re: FlatPress 1.3: Beta 1 released, please help testing
Hello Wolfram, Thank you very much for testing and for your feedback. It's strange that scaled images are displayed as defective. Not much has changed in the Thumbnails plugin, except for additional language files. Would you like to download the latest FlatPress version from GitHub and verify the er...

Re: a simple Emoticons-Plugin
Hello everyone, the emoticons plugin has received a small update from me. Although it contains significantly fewer emoticons, it now has a toolbar. The emoticons are now also SEO-friendly, as you can read them with a screen reader. If you feel the need to add additional emoticons, I recommend visiti...

Re: Happy FlatPress meeting in Berlin (Germany)
Hello everyone, here is a short summary of today's c-Base general meeting. The c-Base is located directly on the river Spree in the city center of Berlin. Nearby is the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Jannowitzbrücke and the bus stop of the same name. Marcus @DeltaLima and I presented the FlatPress projec...

Re: Themes for FlatPress 1.3 in XHTML 1.0 Strict or HTML5?
Hello eagleman, In my opinion, HTML5 is the better option . The standard plugins are designed for use in HTML5 documents. Background: You can also embed HTML5 videos with BBcode or with Arvid's audio and video player plugin. In the standard plugins (e.g. jQuery, Photoswipe, Lightbox2) scripts are no...

Themes for FlatPress 1.3 in XHTML 1.0 Strict or HTML5?
Hello everyone, The plugins, for example jQuery, from FlatPress 1.2.1 or newer are intended for HTML5. If a theme has been written for XHTML 1.0 Strict, it must be rewritten in HTML5. This usually affects the following template files: cpheader.tpl, header.tpl. The header in XHTML 1.0 Strict looks li...

Re: Avelion Theme...
Hello everyone, I have updated the Avelion theme in the wiki . What I noticed when quickly clicking through is that you can't edit existing entries and static pages in the admin panel. This error was also fixed in the update. A switch to HTML5 has also been made. I recommend always having the Legger...
