Re: My Retro FlatPress Blogs

I'm really sorry about that. I just didn't have the disposable income any longer to pay for the hosting fees. :( I had to cut back on what I could do on-line. It wasn't anything to do with FlatPress. If I do get a chance to put up another blog, it will be a FlatPress blog. If Admin thinks it's best ...

Re: Trying to improve my Flatpress blog Pingdom score

Hey, thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts on this with me on this subject. It's not a "mission critical" issue for me (with Pingdom), just a tool that I use to help keep me focused on efficiency. As blogging platforms go, Flatpress has been the easiest for me to use an...

Re: admin/login

Have you tried going to the Widgets screen (in your Admin view) and drag the AdminArea block from the Right or Left bar menu over to the "Drop here to delete" box?

Re: How can I post date a blog entry?

There is no way to change the date of a existing entry, but with the DateChanger Plugin you can made a trick :D https://wiki.flatpress.org/res:plugins The DateChanger Plugin allows you to change a date for a new entry, so take your old entry per copy&paste, make a new entry, change with the Dat...

How can I post date a blog entry?

As it is, if I start writing a blog entry, when I'm done and ready to publish, Flatpress keeps the date that I started the draft and doesn't change it to the day that I actually published it. Is there any way to get Flatpress to use the publish date, rather than creation date when posting entries to...

Re: How can I remove the web page entry field from the Comments form?

You can also activate the QSpam plugin and add some words Yes! Thanks for the extra tip. :D I actually do use the QSpam filter and it seems to work well. At least, I'm not getting spam comments with hyperlinks in them. I've noticed now that some are showing up with a generic comment, like "thi...

Re: How can I remove the web page entry field from the Comments form?

My Comment-Form.tpl looked a little differently, but I remove the URL section and got the same results. So thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

<input type="text" {$error.name|notempty:'class="field-error"'} name="name"...
