I just released version 1.0.2 - it fixed a small HTML invalidity in the plugin's output. No need to update whatsoever if you do not know (or care) what that means

thanks for researching this and writing a detailled troubleshoot. I opened issue 106.
There are even more validation errors (on first sight, I found a few in Admin Area templates and some plugins) - still working on it.
