Just to note, if you already added the part to footer.tpl from the first post, then you don't need to add it again here.
Thanks.

Also the quote shown below ignore this I was thinking of something else and I can't go back and edit it lol

Yeah, it sucks that we can't fix old posts.

@Arvid could you remove the time restriction on edits please?

Hi,

I'm no friend of too long edit times on the forum...kind of makes it harder to follow discussions, since everything may have been changed in between. (I'll check the options of phpBB, though.)

Just as a thought: Wouldn't it be better to maintain the latest version of the neccessary changes on the wiki page?

All the best,
Arvid

I didn't know I was able to add onto the wiki page. I've just updated it and added my addition to it

That is fine unless the user only checks the forum.

I think we should be able to edit our own posts, even if uou aren'ta fan of such. The time limit can be changed in PHPBB. Not my forum though, so it is what it is.

I have updated my code on the wiki regardless.

Hi,

to explain, imho the forum is the place to discuss and evolve solutions. The wiki, in turn, represents the current state of documentation. While a FlatPress user may expect the wiki to contain complete and correct instructions and solutions, the forum shows them how the community worked on these solutions (and lets them take part in those discussions).

Anyway, thank you very much for contributing to the wiki! :)

All the best,
Arvid
