Comments that need to be approved are not showing

I have set the rule that comments have do be approved from the admin firs but unfortunately they are not saved once the comment is left.
The only way to see the comments is to "allow all"
Anyone has an idea why is that?

I can't believe I had not seen a link to the "blocked comments"......there they are all my test comments in the "Comment Center".
