user groups, registration ?

Looking through Q&A page and came accross explanations of "User Levels & groups" etc.

app.php/help/faq

After a couple of years using Flatpress, I was not aware this was even considered for it.

Where are the instructions on how to do this ? - I don't see anything referring to this here

Probably because these FAQ are referred to PhpBB forum.
It's a different CMS, only for a forum

omg ...even after you informing me, took me quite a while re-reading thru this 'contract like' document to learn this.

My speed reading habit usually works against me...
