Updated Dilectio theme

this is the updated file for Dilectio theme.
Unfortunately has crashed my site, so you have to help to fix it.
Here is the file.

Hi, the theme breaks because of the {php} tags in header.tpl and comments-default.tpl. This is not supported in Smarty 4 any more (see change log).
So the logic there needs to be reworked completely.
