However, I'm off the subject of cPanel. Only the error logs of the web server will help.

Hi, I retried other times and finally I resolved the problems, so I updated my 2 websites.
The problem were 2:
1)Mobile plugin was enabled, so I disabled before upgrade
2)Theme ezau-3-column is not supported (white page), so I enabled the leggero theme (before the upgrade
3)I have set php from 7.4 to 8.3 version before to transfer all packages 1.3.1

Now my both websites are upgraded to 1.3.1 version
