Download, unzip, run setup and log in. Now deactivate “Atom/Rss” in the plugins and switch to the blog. Funny, the search is there twice

No matter which theme, cache deleted, cleaned up, new setup, error is reproducible. After setup, login and deactivating “Atom/Rss” the search is there twice.
