Parsedown plugin

Hello everyone,

while browsing the WWW I came across Parsedown. Parsedown is an efficient, modern PHP implementation of the Markdown syntax.
I have created a plugin for you and made the parser compatible with PHP 8.4.

The download is available via the wiki.
