Como hacer para bajar un archivo

Hola, mi nombre es Raul, soy de Argentina y estoy explorando, gracias al comentario de una pagina web que me indico este hermoso y sencillo programa para hacer un blog personal.
Ahora bien: como administrador puedo subir un archivo, hasta aca perfecto, El tema es como hago para ver donde esta ese archivo e insertar en una publicacion.
agradezco desde ya mi me pueden dar una mano.

Hi Raul,

welcome to the forum.

You can see uploaded files in the top menu “Uploader” -> submenu “Media manager”.

You can then select and insert this file via the toolbar in the entry editor.
