Issues with log in Flatpress

I edited header.tpl to display my logo and it works great and static pages display it without an issue, but the categories when you click on them, do not show at the top the logo, but instead just text that says "Site logo". Any ideas?

Did you clear the template cache after modifying the header.tpl file?
