Tag Plug-in does not work

Hello,
i'd like tu use the Tag Plug-in, but after installing it i've got an 500 error from my server.
Here is my config :
-PHP 7 and 8
- flatpress 1.4.1
- Tag plugin 2.6.4

Please post an excerpt from your web server's error log here. Check whether the error also occurs with the unmodified leggero theme.
