Display network host status, latency, uptime history dots, and optional sparkline graphs on static pages and blog post entries using the shortcode [pingmonitor]. Hosts and settings are controlled through simple text files — no PHP editing required.
Give it a whirl and let me know what you think.
You can see it in action here: Ping Monitor Demo
Configure Hosts:
- Add your hosts to the `hosts.txt` file.
- Each entry must follow the format: Description|Host|Port
- Example:
Router|192.168.1.1|80
NAS|192.168.1.10|5000
Google|142.250.189.174|80
Configure Plugin Behavior:
- Edit the `config.txt` file to control refresh interval, history length, sparkline, dots, latency colors, and column visibility.
- Example:
refresh = 60
history_length = 12
dots = on
sparkline = on
latency_colors = on
show_port = on
show_latency = on
show_status = on
