Should Leggero themes be included by default with headers and footers for simple widgets?

Hello everyone,

In the Leggero theme from FlatPress, you can currently only place widgets in the right sidebar. However, would it be possible to place simple BlockParser widgets—for example, for the menu—in a header or footer as well?

This feature is already available as an extension pack for FlatPress 1.5.1. Should the theme include this as a standard feature in FlatPress 1.6?
