How disable comment form on every article page

On my 2 websites, if you click on the tilte of every article you don't see the comment form:

Instead if you click Read More (under every article) you see the form of comment:
https://www.warsintheworld.com/2026/06/ ... 618-213641

On plugin page Comment Center is disabled.
I am using Leggero V2 theme.

How I can disable all form comment on every article ?

However, the comment form can only be hidden for the specific post.

By the way, your theme has a major CSS glitch when using a 1920x1200 screen with 100% scaling. The glitch isn’t noticeable on smaller screens.
