Website development with a guide to corporate income tax in the UAE?

Hi everyone, I'm setting up a blog using FlatPress, and my main topic is international taxation—specifically, everything related to the guide on corporate tax in the United Arab Emirates. I’m having trouble structuring my pages properly with the theme I’m using (the default “Clean” theme)—the sections are too rigid, and honestly, the heading hierarchy gets a bit all over the place when I post dense content with tax rate tables and that kind of complicated stuff. Has anyone ever built an informational website—like a tax or legal portal using FlatPress? I’m mainly looking to find out if there’s a plugin to create well-structured static pages, or if I have to modify the template manually. I’m not very skilled in PHP, so that scares me a little.

So I've been digging into this more since my original post, and honestly the template side is less scary than I thought. What actually slowed me down was something slightly different: figuring out how to present structured reference content without it looking like a wall of text. My use case is a bit specific since most of my content revolves around UAE corporate tax guide material (rates, exemptions, compliance timelines...), and that kind of content really needs anchor links and collapsible sections to stay readable. FlatPress doesn't do that out of the box. What I ended up doing was dropping a small vanilla JS snippet directly into the theme's header template, no plugin needed. Took me maybe an afternoon to get it working properly. The Staticpages plugin I'd seen mentioned elsewhere is tempting but the lack of documentation put me off... anyone here actually got it running with nested subpages, or does it flatten everything into one level?
