Theme 23 Wanted!

The Theme 23 has disappeared without a trace!
Should one of you still have it on the hard drive ... it would be great if you could post it here!

We have a screenshot in our wiki. The Wayback Machine still has the linked site, but not the theme file.

Does anyone still have the "23" archive file?
