Latin characters slug in title

Post by blog7 » Wed Sep 29, 2021 8:10 am

Hi pals, I saw the plugin for prettyurls and try but slug comes out this way https://test.elpak.net/index.php/2020/06/01//. Is this a problem for all languages except English? Is there a way to fix it manually or with a plugin slugs in title? Thanks

No one knows if it is possible to change slugs in posts and be able to write them by hand? Like this: https://domain.com/this-is-my-new-post/

Hi,

thank you very much for reporting this. This is indeed a problem if your entry title does not contain any Latin character. This is not trivial to deal with, though - I opened an issue for that.

I am not aware of a possibility to set a custom title for each entry. A plugin might do the trick, but I can't remember having seen one for this purpose yet.

All the best,
Arvid
