I've been playing with FlatPress for a couple days now, and I've figure out I can create my own menu widget and remove the stock menu widget from the column where it defaults. This then allows me to edit the menu static to create my own home page. Sort of.
What I would like to do is set the default home page to display the current output of one of the categories instead of the menu static. I might be able to back door into it with a redirect in the cpanel, but that's kind of flakey. I'd like to know if there is a more elegant solution.
