Download, unzip, run setup and log in. Now deactivate “Atom/Rss” in the plugins and switch to the blog. Funny, the search is there twice

No matter which theme, cache deleted, cleaned up, new setup, error is reproducible. After setup, login and deactivating “Atom/Rss” the search is there twice.

the problem should no longer exist with 1906.

Tested with FlatPress 1.4-dev Github 1908, all fine
